Katie and her game ballYesterday morning Katie left for GA Camp and the house last night seemed way to quite. She gets back Friday at 2 and I can't wait to hear what all she learned. Brancent was laughing at me yesterday because I was fretting that she would be warm enough, get enough to eat, sleep ok....I can't help it. Monday night we went to the Amarillo Dillas Baseball games with some of our Deaf youth. Jacob stayed with Grandma since he had gotten his shots and wasn't in the best mood. We saw the famous and funny San Diego Chicken and even ran into my friends Amy and Chris, but the highlight was when Katie "caught" a game ball (actually snatched it up when Brancent and the youth minister knocked it down). She was sooooo excited and wants to put it in a case in her room. She was worried I would want to sell it on ebay (I wouldn't even know how) and I assured her no one would want to buy it. So it sits safely in her room awaiting her return.

Gotta love those Dilla games! That is TOOOOOOOO funny about selling the ball on Ebay. Actually, you probably could sell it. People buy the strangest things on there. How I would know that, I plead the 5th!
