Happy Fourth of July!

Wow we had a busy but very fun fourth of July! We ended up at 3 different events. First was a cookout at Noni and Popi's (my grandparents) apartment. Noni showed Katie how to milk a cow...strange but it was there so why not! Later we went to the church where Brancent's Dad and step mom attend and Katie played games including a three legged race with PawPaw Gene (which they won blue ribbons for). She scored some cool prizes. Brancent and his dad ran the obstacle course... Brancent won but it should be noted they both cheated. Then on the the park to be with our Deaf church family. We watched the fireworks from the church and had a great time. Jacob slept at each event and seemed to enjoy being outside in the shade. Hope everyone had a great fourth!
